Q: I notice this car has a lemon law branded title on CARFAX History Report. should I be scared?
A: Not at all. Lemon laws are there to protect consumers. In this cars case It was a lemon law claim in California. California has the strictest lemon laws of any state in the country. Even the smallest of issues can afford the customer the opportunity to return the car.
Q: Why was this car lemon law returned?
A; Back in March of 2016 this car had an apparent issue with the engine. To make sure the problem was rectified Audi put a BRAND NEW engine in the car. They car was also tagged with the CPO (certified pre owned) status as well. So not only has the problem been fixed but the mileage on the engine in the car is HALF of what is now shown on the odometer! A great bonus for the new owner.
Q: Mechanically is the car sound and has no issues?
A: Absolutely! if the stamp of approval from Audi isn't enough for you, we also inspect and examine every car before we sell it.
Q: Can I still finance this car?
A: ABSOLUTELY! We offer in house financing as well.
From our perspective and experience, there is not much of a reason to be concerned with a vehicle with a lemon law as long as the issue has been rectified. Its a great way to get a LOT of car for great price. Being that the issue in this car happened over 3 years ago and has been meticulously serviced you can rest assured you are buying a GREAT car!
